Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                  
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 36 Suspending Uniform Rules                          
24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning         
House Bill No. 4, relating to the permanent fund dividend program              
be taken up.  Without objection, the resolution was read the second
